Barrier-Pak Pty is an Australian-owned manufacturing entity who specialize in the treatment of polyethylene, polypropylene, and other materials to improve their barrier properties as well as modifying the surfaces for increased adherence of inks and paints.

Barrier-Pak is responsible for the Asia-pacific regional development of the fluoro-seal process. This includes the manufacture and licensing in the region.

Since 1983, Fluoro-Seal™ The licenser of Barrier-pak Pty Limited. has been treating polyolefin bottles for enhanced barrier properties. Today, Fluoro-Seal and there licensees treat more than just containers. And they transform more than just the barrier properties of plastics. Fluoro-Seal™ continues to develop treatment processes that enable our clients to push the traditional boundaries of how plastics are used and where.

Fluoro-Seal™ and there licensees have treated over 1.5 billion plastic bottles and containers as well as articles of all shapes and sizes from sheets of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW PE) to medical devices to bolts of fabric to geosynthetics.

Currently Fluoro-Seal™ have nine toll plants and two captive facilities in the U.S. in addition to seven international sites either jointly owned or licensed in Canada, England, France, Germany, Australia, India, and Mexico
